If your Area Manager approves your request, you will receive an email with instructions on accessing your course along with your PIN and PASSWORD. If your Area Manager declines your request you should speak with them directly.

If you want to challenge your exam with a WebCam Proctor you must purchase a WebCam Course. If you want to challenge your exam with an A&W proctor or at a TrainCan testing center, purchase your course WITHOUT WebCam. TrainCan proctoring is subject to an additional charge.
